Sara founded Okret as a one-stop-shop to help fashion companies transition to the circular economy. Passionate about continuous improvement and positive change, Sara embraces the step-by-step approach and open communication when it comes to sustainability management — and believes we can never make sustainability work on a mainstream scale without broader collaboration between all the stakeholders — including the end-consumer. Having faced the challenges of today's fashion industry from the frontline — during her career as a sustainability manager for different brands and retail concepts within a multinational fashion group — Sara uses this practical experience today to support companies by setting up the necessary architecture, leading end-to-end projects and product development processes with focus on sustainable innovation and circular economy.
